Gatekeeper Announces Annual General Meeting Results
Abbotsford, BC, October 31st, 2019 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF; FSE: 1GK), a leading provider of high definition video surveillance systems developed to protect people in transit, is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company approved all matters at its annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) held on October 30, 2019.
The total number of common shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 19,887,254 representing 22.7% of Gatekeeper’s issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date.
All of the matters put forward before shareholders for consideration and approval as set out in the Company’s notice of meeting and management information circular, dated October 1, 2019, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting. In particular, shareholders approved the re-election of all director nominees to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. Results of the vote for the election of directors at the Meeting are set out as follows:

- setting the number of directors at four;
- the re-adoption and re-approval of the Company’s rolling stock option plan in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange; and
- the appointment of Buckley Dodds LLP as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year.
