Gatekeeper Announces AGM Results
Abbotsford, BC June 20, 2016 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF) is pleased to announce that the shareholders’ of the Company approved all matters at its annual general meeting held on June 17, 2016, including:

- Setting the number of directors at four;
- The election of Douglas Dyment, Robert Galbraith, Robert C. Hill, and Kelsey Chin as directors of the Company for the ensuing year;
- The adoption and approval of the Company’s new rolling stock option plan in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange; and
- The appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year.
