Gatekeeper Systems Announces Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Abbotsford, BC August 19, 2015 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF; FSE: 1GK) announces listing of its common shares for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (“FSE”) under the trading symbol “1GK”. The listing provides Gatekeeper’s new and existing European shareholders with greater access to trading in the Company’s common shares and increased visibility for its activities in the European capital markets. Gatekeeper’s common shares on the FSE will trade concurrently with common shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “GSI” and on the OTC Markets under the symbol “GKPRF”.

Changes to the Board of Directors
Gatekeeper also announces that Mr. Jonathan Jackson has resigned as director of the Company for personal reasons. Gatekeeper wishes to thank Mr. Jackson for his dedication and service to the Company as a valuable member of the Board of Directors.
