          • Creates a high margin Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) recurring revenue stream for Gatekeeper Systems
          • Leading software solutions provider has annual revenues of approximately $3 billion and customer base of 800 law enforcement agencies across United States

Abbotsford, BC, July 6th, 2015 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF)) is pleased to announce the launch of its XVAULT™ Video Evidence Management System, designed as an enterprise platform software application capable of managing video from body-worn cameras and other mobile video systems, including police vehicles and aircraft, cell phones, security cameras and broadcast video.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has recently entered into discussions with a leading software solutions and services provider, with annual revenues of approximately USD $3 billion, to create a combined product solution for its customer base of approximately 800 law enforcement agencies throughout the United States.  In an effort to become a fully integrated security solution through the addition of its XFORCE™ end-to-end body camera and video evidence management system, Gatekeeper will continue to explore opportunities with large system integrators and other companies who provide enterprise management solutions. Shareholders will continue to be updated as appropriate.

President and CEO Doug Dyment stated, “Our expanding technology and product lines are attracting tier one software providers interested in integrating our complete end to end solution for HD body worn cameras including XVAULT video evidence management software to their customers.  We are in late stages of discussions with a leading Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software company, currently servicing approximately 800 law enforcement agencies across the United States.  The combined solution would provide a unique solution for managing body camera video while providing certain command and control functionality from dispatch software.”

Dyment also added, “The body camera market is brand new and Gatekeeper has taken a unique approach moving our product and software development strategy to an open end architecture allowing us to integrate with large software companies.  We are projecting that our XVAULTTM Video Evidence Management System will be one of three significant growth areas for Gatekeeper including our new high-definition video security system sales to our core markets including law enforcement, military, transit and school buses, as well as Student Protector, automated video enforcement system for protecting children from stop arm violations when loading and unloading a school bus.”

The XVAULTTM Video Evidence Management System, which is included under the XFORCETM brand of products along with body-worn and in-car camera systems, provides a solution for securely storing and managing video from body cameras and will expand to include managing video from in-car police video systems, security cameras, cell phones and broadcast video.  The XFORCE TM products are fully integrated to meet the surveillance needs of law enforcement agencies. The in-vehicle computer aided dispatch software system can wirelessly control body-worn cameras through stop/start recording and assigning smart-tag analytics for future search and retrieval. Other software systems can be integrated, including Police Records Management Systems, Command and Control software for Department of Homeland Security applications, or Enterprise solutions that interface with security cameras and other devices including video analytics and access control.
