Gatekeeper Announces Completion of Listing in the U.S. with OTC Markets and S&P Capital Coverage
Abbotsford, BC, June 5th, 2015 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF)) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its listing process in the United States on the OTC Markets, and is currently trading under the symbol “GKPRF”. In connection with the United States listing, the Company has secured DTC eligibility by The Depository Trust Company for its shares, as well as completed publication via S&P Capital IQ Corporations Records Listing Program.
As part of the S&P Capital program, a full description of the Company has been published in the Daily News Section of Standard & Poors’s Corporation Records, a recognized securities manual for secondary trading in up to 38 States under the Blue Sky Laws. S&P Capital IQ Corporation Records is available in print, CD-ROM, and via the web at www.netadvantage.standardandpoors.com as well as through numerous electronic vendors.

The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation DTCC, and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies.
