AI342 IP v3 CELL PHONE DETECTION CAMERA
The AI342 IP v3 cell phone detection camera from Gatekeeper is an innovative high-resolution camera that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to detect drivers using mobile phones while driving.
Often conventional dash cameras can detect cell phone usage. However, the dash camera’s field of view does not often extend below the operator’s waist. If a cell phone is held low, for example on the operator’s thigh, then the phone may not be detected.
By mounting a camera above the operator’s head, a cell phone that is held low can be detected.
