Gatekeeper Announces Appointment of Honourable
Larry W. Campbell to the Board of Directors

Abbotsford, BC September 23^rd, 2014 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the Company”) (TSX.V: GSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Canadian Senator, Honourable Larry W. Campbell, to the Board of Directors (the “Board”).  

Mr. Campbell was elected as Mayor for the City of Vancouver in 2002, and in 2005 he was summoned to the Senate of Canada by Prime Minister Paul Martin. Previously, Mr. Campbell served as Chief Coroner for the BC Coroners Service, preceded by 12 years of service with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.  He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from City University in Vancouver, BC.

In connection with Mr. Campbell’s appointment, 100,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) will be granted under the Company’s Stock Option Plan, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.  The Options are being granted as an incentive for joining the Board, are fully vested, and exercisable at a price of $0.24 for a period of ten years from the date of grant.
